About Us

Our Story

At Heal & Hope Agency, caring for others is deeply personal to me. This journey began in 2003 when I lost my grandmother. As the years went on, I always looked forward to the opportunity to care for my loved ones as they grew older, ensuring they were supported with dignity, love, and respect.

That hope grew even stronger after the passing of my mother in 2021. Losing both my grandmother and mother made me realize just how important quality care truly is—not just for the individual, but for the entire family.

Although I was not given the chance to care for them in their later years, their memory became my motivation. It inspired me to dedicate my life to caring for others who need support, comfort, and compassion.

About six years ago, I began my journey as a caregiver, providing hands-on care to individuals in their homes. I quickly developed a passion for helping others maintain their independence and quality of life. After about six months, I expanded my knowledge into the administrative side of home care while still continuing to provide direct care services.

This experience gave me a deep understanding of both the heart of caregiving and the structure needed to run a quality care agency. It shaped the foundation of Heal & Hope Agency.

Today, our agency is built on compassion, trust, and respect. We believe every individual deserves care that honors their dignity and supports their independence.
